To ensure a smooth and efficient examination process, students must meet the following eligibility criteria before registering for exams at the Maths Mastery Hub:
Students must maintain at least an 80% attendance rate in their respective course to be eligible for the exam.
Students must actively participate in group work, practical activities, and any additional tasks as part of the course requirements.
Make sure to follow these guidelines to avoid any complications during the exam registration process.
Ensure to follow these payment guidelines to secure your exam registration and avoid late fees.
Please Note: Examination fees are non-refundable once you have registered. If a registered student is unable to participate in the scheduled exam session, the paid fee may be carried forward to the next nearest session only.
This information will be provided through the Maths Mastery Hub website or via your registered institution. Stay updated for details about your assigned exam center closer to the exam date.
All students must bring their Student ID to the exam. Only students with valid IDs will be allowed to enter the exam venue.
Students will be informed of their appointed time for Practical and Oral tests in advance.
Late arrivals after the appointed time will not be allowed to take the exam.
All exam applicants must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled exam time to ensure a smooth check-in process.
Please ensure punctuality and come prepared on the exam day to avoid any issues.
Exam results will be released within 2 weeks of the exam date.
The Graduation Ceremony date will be announced along with the results.
Students’ names and details cannot be changed once the exam results are released. Changes can be made before the results are announced.
A fee of Rs. 350.00 will be charged for any changes made.
